Would just plain story hour really take away from the /story … answer no. One might argue that’s it adds nothing to the story.

Currently a little thrown off by the mix in mythologies: Celtic + Greek + Norse

Is it me or does Jaxon feel like a had to add a POC to be all inclusive or whatever bs *queue eye roll* His character add makes no sense. He has used the race card 2x so far & “shorty” really??? - might as well have just used “boo”. Good grief. I’m struggle bussing my was through this mess.

I want to like it buuutttt … this is just 1 of my struggle points/annoyed factors.

Taking a break. I want to love this series SOOO bad - the characters are great and I love Elise funny sarcastic attitude but the story line is moving so slow - seems like nothing is happening & nothing is getting resolved. Small bread crumbs for multiple major issues.

I'm really struggling with this one. The main female character, Emmaline, is so flipping annoying!
