I'm excited to inform you that the second book of the Avant Nation series, Escape the Machine, was released today. After a successful mission across the border, can Clara's budding romance with Hawk survive their sudden rise to fame?

So far, really good. I'm noticing many similarities between this book has to the tv show, Supernatural. Is Aiden a younger version of Dean Winchester? Is his sister the female version of Sammy? Time will tell if the book is different enough from the show to not feel like a thinly veiled copycat.
