The slow burn is stinging JUST KISS ALREADY

She found the letters and I found the tears running down my cheeks. They stung. A lot.

Holy sh*t.

She did it! She left her stupid husband!

I put it down for a second, but quickly went back to it. Janice is a breath of fresh air. She reminds me of me, of who I think I may be when I’m older. Her husband is a twat.

Getting funnier and a bit more seldom by the word.

It’s a lighthearted, but sorrowful book so far. I relate to Janice a little bit, which I never thought would happen in a book. It’s nice to actually read a novel where I can relate to the main protagonist’s thoughts, feelings and actions.
