This was my first frank Quinn story and probably last. I just could not muster up any interest in Quinn, pearl or their relationship. I am a voracious reader and there are a lot of books out there with good plots and characters you care about. This was not one of them. Although, I did like the daughter....maybe he will write a book with her as the main character.
