Scientology is completely insane. And David Miscavige is a sociopath.

Okay, not only is L. Ron Hubbard a habitual liar, he's also a bigamist, a wife beater, a narcissist with SERIOUS delusions of grandeur... And worst of all, when wife #2 decides to leave him, he tells her if she REALLY loves him, she would kill herself so that his reputation isn't marred by a divorce. Wtf.

I am so, so bored with this book. I'm having the hardest time paying attention it, because I just don't care about these characters or these long, unnecessary descriptions. Please tell me it gets better. Should I give up?

I adore this book and stayed up way too late last night reading. I don't want it to end!

I've got some issues with this book. Wendy is cheating on Pete. (Or was, before she got caught.) And she's cheating with a jerk. I. Hate. Cheaters.

I'm still a little over a month behind, but I'm working on catching up.

Okay, so instead of taking out a loan against HER OWN HOUSE, which is paid off in full, she steals her daughter's identity and takes credit cards out in her name, and takes her daughter's savings? I feel like Armentrout is trying to redeem the mom right here, but instead it just made me hate her worse. Ugh. I want to punch her in the neck.

It's really, really dumb to be ticked at a guy for things he did BEFORE he got involved with you. As long as he's not still messing with those girls, why make a big deal of it? Grrr.

Loads of unopened toothbrushes in his bathroom? RED FLAG, CALLA. Big, big red flag that I would really, really need to ask about before getting any closer to Jax.

SPOILER ALERT. Okay. I'm sorry. But I don't care if it's my mom. If she had racked up 100k in CC bills and stolen my savings and was on drugs, I would report her to the police so I could reclaim my life and not be in debt up to my eyeballs. I don't get not doing that, especially since Calla obviously isn't that attached to her, seeing as how she hasn't seen her in quite a few years. This really, really annoys me.
