What is the significance of Malachi bringing the tiny pants. I haven't read for a bit and remember vaguely the mention thereof but need a refresh...lol

So far I love this book. The characters are all interesting if you can keep them all straight. There are alot of people in this book. I love the story telling.

I'll have to scrap this one for now. I need something a little bit lighter right now. Maybe I'll try again another time.

What the hell!@#! April is alive....I am so confused!

I got this book for Christmas from my young niece. It's not really something I would read but since it was a gift, I feel like I need to finish it. It really is an exhausting read. Maybe I'm trying to read it too intensely and I need to skim over it more. I don't know. It's a real struggle!

I'm about half way through and it's taking me forever. There is alot of back and forth spanning 3 generations. Alot of characters to keep track of also, make this a difficult read at times. The writing is good though and I'm curious about what happens in the end, so I'll keep plugging along.

I love it so far ...just wondered though, what page does Hal' s mother refer to Ed?

Is it just me?? I find Robert Strahorn to be a self-absorbed, selfish jerk. Poor Carrie "Dell" as he won't even let her use her own name!

I am 2 books behind. I think any ways, has Louise Penny written anything since A Better Man? She is so prolific, I can't keep up. Kingdom of the Blind has a mysterious beginning. Gamache and Myrna asked to meet at a strange house by a mysterious man. I must keep reading to find out why.

I'm having a hard time getting into this book. I don't know why because it it something I would normally like. I'll keep reading, maybe I need to give it a little more time?

It's very slow so far. I like the premise of the book,but I don"t know if I'll be able to finish it. How much more of a chance should I give it , I don't know. I usually always read until the bitter end.
