I’m definitely gonna re-read the first half before book club meets but I like it so far. I’m a little lost but I think a second read will help. I’ve been reading too much realistic fiction lately.

Didn’t realize tourists would walk around like normal in this book. They even asked Offred if she was happy. Of course she said yes because safety but like what?

I didn’t realize Serena Joy is older in the book. In the show she doesn’t seem that much older than Offred.

I’m enjoying it. Once a character was introduced by a secondary name on page 62, I got way more sucked into the book. That’s when I really felt it get good. Hopefully it stays that way. Violet is slightly driving me crazy.
