I already don't like Ruth but knowing Keira Knightly plays her in the film is making me dislike her more

I don't like a single character so far but I'm not sure if that's the point

I could not tell you the age of a single character rn

I shall be reading this with the misguided notion that Alfred and Uhtred fancy each other and no one can stop me

For the sake of their survival our mmc simply MUST lick the jaw of our MFC to make her all stinky like him. Sure, he didn't have to bite her neck and groan whilst doing it but that's beside the point THEIR EXISTENCE IS UNDER THREAT YOU GUYS

Not the main character being called Misery Lark but her brother is just called Owen 😭

Ali explain yourself

Not to be a prude but the most disturbing thing that's happened so far is whatever the fuck is going on with Spanel and Marcos

Forgive thy neighbour and all but to the extent that there's not a single consequence for people doing horrible things?

Praying someone decides to hold a grudge soon (it'll be me. Against this book. Which I have been reading for 5 months).

Already deducting stars for the abomination that is authors changing the spelling of words to show a character has an accent.

We've got a character called mark and every time the British guy says his name it's spelt mahk.

I'm really upset by this.
