The timeline in this book is crazy, the first 60 percent of the book is a blur of running, not listening, getting hurt, more running, not listening to reason, and a whole lot of crying. I'm exhausted of the plot because a lot is going on and it all feels like it's happening on the same day because there is never a mention of any sleep or even a way for us readers to know which way is up. what is happening!

I'm getting ready tired of the super long POV's from other characters that are not the main ones. I keep skipping them. This book also has had the least interaction between the main characters of all the other books in the series so far. So it can get a bit boring at times. I will finish it and give the next book a try but if this happens again I don't think I can continue with the series.

I'm more than halfway through the book and I still don't know anything. I don't know what he is, or what do his family wants with the h. This book is for sure a slow burn.. maybe too slow for me because I already lost interest, but I will finish it somehow.

So far is better than the Tv, series. In the Tv series, they changed a lot.

Sadly I saw the Tv series first and I know what's going to happen, but it's so nice to read all the extra stuff that gets cut out for Tv. Also, some things are completely different from how they happen in the series and I wish they follow the book plot more closely.

I want to put it down because Edwards's thoughts are just endless torture ramblings but I will finish it for that 16 years old me who loved Edwards Culling.

I started to read this for that 16 years old me that used to love Edward Cullen. It's bittersweet reading their story again from Edwards POV.

Can someone explain to me why a book set in 2019 has the dialog of a book set in the 1900s? So far I am not feeling it... Petra is just plain naive but at the same time, "mature" and the Alex is so aloof. Also, they don't call each other by their name but instead, use Ms and Mr... So far it feels like the author is trying to make many different elements work and it shows...

I feel like am waiting my time with this one.

This books keeps getting better and better. I dont really care much for the flash backs of the family because i feel like they somehow take away from the present story. Ben has to be the most pitiful and frustraiting character in history. Libby is just a mess, but her character is really getting better and better.

So far so good! I love the female characters from Gillian Flynn's books because they are so broken and dark, it just makes for an interesting story. So far Libby is a walking Pandora box, and I just can't wait for all the secrets to get out.

This book has a slow pace, which is why it has taken longer than usual for me to finish it. But now that the ending is approaching it's getting better and better.

Can't wait to get my hands on this book tomorrow.

am sad this book has been so boring! I was expecting soo much more out of this series.

This book needed to be a series!!!!

It was a quick very boring story. The action lasted like two minutes and the romance too.

Painfully boring, full of unnecessary flashbacks and there is no real connection between the characters. I'm aware this is a dark romance but still, there is nothing between this two main characters but an inexplicable desire. Can't wait to finish it.
