A trip to exciting New Orleans leads the four friends plus canines to a book signing, a rare event for Zack. Mayhem occurs and the 4-footed detectives are on the job because of another wager between the PV Chief and the NO Chief. And it all better with lots of beignets and coffee.

Not knowing anything about poodles and dog shows, I found the first half of the book, educational, but somewhat slow reading. Interest picked up as more action insued. The ending was a smash. I will read the next book.

I enjoyed the book. Read it straight through and followed it with number 9. Currently I am reading #12. These stories are hard to put down.

A great read. An exciting adventure on a rough sea keeping Mitzi and Sheriff -to-hot-to-handle very busy.

I liked the book. I was sure that there would be more excitement in the delivery room when you consider that Lottie must have eaten as much food as is consumed at the team table for the entire NFL season. I do like the different points of view.
