it seems i have a propensity for soapy, interminably long and convoluted serial fiction which was massively popular in its day but has reached classic status in the modern age — listening to this as an audiobook to loosely recreate the epic tradition — boy that’s a lot of greek ships i sure hope everyone has a good time !

tried my best with this one but was toooo monte cristo pilled sorry nabokov i’ll try again later

i fell off pjo in 2015 but the dynamic between apollo and commodus is getting me enough to write a review in the middle of the book. was NOT expecting this level of gay yearning and regret.. thrilled to say the food is just as good as i left it.
