James Schisler is on page 60 of 248 of The Economic Case for LGBT Equality: Why Fair and Equal Treatment Benefits Us All
Gotta admit, feels a bit icky and more than a bit unsettling reading an argument that capitalism could more effectively exploit queer people if there was less discrimination. There's good information here, and Badgett takes pains to acknowledge that this is first and foremost a human rights issue. It's good to read things that push me out of my comfort zone. We'll see what I take away from this book at the end.
