So many dimensions of Hero to adore. This chapter was filled with goodies. I love the cracking tension growing between her and Rosalyn!

I love Hero’s relationship with music. The description of what it does to her. Omygulay, as if Hero isn’t already the character I identify with the most this month!

I thought I loved Paz and no way would this new character grow on me like Paz did, but Hero...oh, Hero! I’m in love with her!

So far I find the story humorous most times despite the violence of the invisible man.

“In our society, those who have the best knowledge of what is happening are also those who are furthest from seeing the world as it is. In general, the greater the understanding, the greater the delusion; the more intelligent, the less sane.“ This shoots an arrow straight through me.

I feel very ashamed. I am a Julia. I politically identify with her character and it's eye-opening and shameful.

Chapter 3, what with its alternating povs and dialogues would have been confusing to read if it weren't for the audiobook by Steve on YouTube that I listened along with it. Immersion reading is wonderful! It does wonders to help one understand what they are reading!

I shall make a list of Anne's kindred spirits and rank them!
