Added to be TBR this morning. Found in a charity shop shortly after. Just started and I’m hooked

Feels so familiar and warm and unputdownable.

I really hope this becomes a series. I’d preorder them all.

Reading this on my iPad at night so I don’t need the lights on and keep everyone awake. Love it so far and am hoping I’ve found a new cosy crime series to snuggle up with for years to come!

Clare Mackintosh knows how to pull the rug out from under your feet! Great holiday reading so far…

Just what I needed after Piranesi. Elly’s books feel like home

I’ve been completely sucked into the world of this book and I don’t want to leave

Love this book so far! High hopes

This book is breaking my heart 💔

I’m taking my time with this one - it is so immersive and beautiful I feel like I’m living it. I have to force myself to put it down at night

Pretty horrible reading in parts…

Have been asked to read this in exchange for an honest review but given how much I adored Eve Chase’s previous books, I’m expected more gold!

My goodness she is so good at drawing you in!!

Love it

I absolutely loved the Ruth Jones book a previewed last year so giving this a go on audiobook

Not convinced yet…

I’m a sceptic but so excited to see if this book can change my mind

This book has so taken me by surprise - Ruth’s writing is so warm and human it hard not to adore this book. It is so moving!

This book is totally out of my comfort zone but I’m really drawn in by it so far! The job of being the person who tracks down heirs when someone passes sounds amazing! Like a cosy detective - dream job :)

Well this has got off to a great start for anyone who has ever been addicted to Below Deck! Back when it wears all the rage we couldn’t go a day without watching it and now all that excitement is coming back with this book. I just hope the story lives up to its potential…

Am so excited to be reading a review copy of this after how much I enjoyed She Started It last year!

Took me a while to get into and now i can’t put it down!

Utterly compelling series

Such a good series. No problem getting back in where the last one ended

Love it and hate it at the same time!

Still going. Just not getting the hype with this. It feels like it was written to be a film and not a book…
