this challenged my thinking because first off the story starts, it feels like im reading in the middle of the story, the only thing i could make out within the first 5 pages is that the person who is talking to you at first is in the woods maybe and is being followed by ravens and maybe some other animals like owls, etc.

so far in the book it talks about Kristy and how she doesn't wanna move in with her moms fiance and kids, she thinks she has until September before she has to leave but her mom has to go to Europe for a business trip and have to have the wedding in 2 weeks, i left off when they started planning the wedding

the book tells me about different little red riding hood stories by james thurber, italo calvino, chang mi.

so far it is talking about the back story behind little red riding hood, then tells the story of LRRH by charles perrault and little red cap by the brothers grim (same story)

Beezus is Ramona older sister, Beezus says Ramona is exasperating, and doesn't listen, right now Beezus just got done reading Ramona her old steam shovel book and is taking her to the library to look for a new book
