Not much has really happened since last time I updated this

Some people think they should exempt from certain things due to their racial group or religion. Everyone would agree they want to be equal and do the same things as other, which also means they deserve the same punishments as everyone else if they break the law.

This book shows ethos by providing topics and evidence to show the world is better with cop. Pathos is shown by saying people might not have the future they want ad he protection they want with the lower numbers of police

There are some writers out there that are going after cops that they think did something wrong and are ignoring crimes and important stories happening around them.
There are even laws that depend on human race. No matter what race you are you should be treated the same and held at the same standards as everyone else

That some people that are against cops don't realize how important they are until they're in a bad situation and ave to handle it themselves.

So far I found an example of logos. That the department of justice made up that 20% of police in the Seattle Police Department were found unconstitutional, turning one the most repected police departments in the nation to a former unfeebled version of itself

I read just a couple pages of this book from a sample so far, and I think the author writing is qualified. He's writing why defunding the police is a bad idea, and he's an ex cop so he has the experience and knowledge of police.

I read a chapter from the book that amazon kindle had as a sample, and it sounded interesting so far. Interesting enough for me to keep reading

Make you think about your actions. If they’re good or bad. Also thinking about the consequences you would get from it.

The main character lost his mother at age 13 and now he’s thinking of all the bad things he’s done when she was alive. He wants to become a better person.

So far Jame’s mom died and James is in an orphanage. His step dad came and got his little sister but didn’t want him.

The main character met this old guy that’s helping him get across the border into the USA.

Victor the main character has changed a lot through the book. Seeing different things he has never seen before. He used to be a person who never would take any risks. Now he is forced to take risks which has changed him as a person

The main character was betrayed by one of his friends who left him when he wouldn’t go through with the plan his wanted to do.

I wonder how and if the two kids will get across The Mexican Border into the USA.

They are gloomy because he’s worried about all the things that are happening when crossing the Mexican border.

“But then the police came. My aunt and my uncle were always fighting. The neighbors got tired of it”(61).

I like my book so far. It has a lot of action and you never know what’s gonna happen next.

They got back safe from the river and got to the house. It was really nerve racking wondering if the characters were gonna die

The main character is on a boat in the middle of a swamp in Alabama. Getting to girls and a dog to safety during a really bad storm. First off I would have went to another state and waited till this storm passed through with my family and friends and pets. So I knew there was no way we could get hurt or killed instead of staying in your house in the middle of a bad storm caused by a hurricane.

He’s home alone in a big storm watching over 2 girls until his dad gets home in the morning. He’s worried and doesn’t know what to do.

I would describe my protagonist as protective and brave. I like the main character because he’s kind of like me. He likes being out in the wilderness to explore things. He’s also kind of ready for a new change.

It pretty good. It’s about a kid that goes with his dad and they take their guests out to hunt alligators in a swamp down in Alabama.
