Sara is 4% done with Stone-Cold Fox (Mai Hayashi #1)

Just my 2 cents: This is a novella from the same world as the the Black Dog series (previous 4 books I totally devoured) as well as the book that brought the author to my attention, "Dead in the Water", which is a spin off of the Black Dog series. If you have Kindle Unlimited and like stories that involve the fae courts, trolls, and lots of magic, definitely give this author a look.

I am having a hard time reading this one. It's not pulling me in story wise like the previous books. I will probably have to force myself to finish it but I will finish it. (I just can't leave a book unfinished.) I may not read the rest of the books in this series unless something changes between now and when I finally complete the read.
