The first third of this book is rough. Lots of detailed world-building and the names...not easy. Getting good now.

Reading Sweet Dreams again for the first time in 12 years. Fond memories of this book. I wonder how it will land for me now.

This book is either completely brilliant or a huge disappointment because at midpoint, I cannot figure out the point.

20 Chapters into Crown of Midnight and it's a bit of a slog. I'm committed to finishing this book because all the reviews say it's worth it in the end.

Dear lord, this book is stressing me out. If you travel, you will know what I mean. Samantha Young hits the screechy - ness of travel right on.

Each progressive book has been better than the other. Knowing there is another book, however, makes me dread a little about what will happen in this one. I'm not sure I am ready for this ending. I hope I get some closure because the suspense is killing me.
