It was my first BOTM choice and I can’t get through the sentence structure (or lack thereof) and the narrator is not likable and I don’t care what she is about.

I saw the title,read the description and thought it would be interesting... it was not! I dnf this 🥺 so disappointing

Barbara Stone is reading The Ten Thousand Doors of January

This story was beautiful, ugly, sad, and hopeful. It was difficult at first to understand how the two stories went together , but then clarity happens.

It was a fun read with lots of magic.
Btw I hated the foot notes.
