Some of it speaks to me that doesn't apply, and I think her own assumptions of what the readers may be feeling or anticipating without considering other viewpoints, shows to me that she hasn't experienced the "rougher" side of life. What I mean is, sometimes, while she has good intentions, it is clear she has a privileged upbringing.
