What the hell am I reading? This is objectively awful. Im really battling not to DNF because the sequel is coming out and im interested... but what the hell is this book.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN AS A 40 YEAR OLD HE FINDS A 12 YEAR OLDS FIGURE ATTRACTIVE???
WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN HE BASICALLY GROOMS HIS 5 YEAR OLD SELF INTO SILENCE?!

6 chapters left to finish this book and I am fully IN. This is one of my favourite books so far this year. Its the perfect mix of dystopia, realism and fantasy for me 😁

This is brilliant, the narrator on the audio book is so good!

Would definitely recommend this 😁

Hmmmm, I can't say I'm completely immersed in this world... also.. the Cover I have is SOOOOO different to this cover 🙈😂 I was a bit shocked when I searched it and saw this was the old cover.

Broken toe & best rest means, I am whipping through this book too fast! Haha

I feel like this could have been the end of a book nd then part two could be another book? This book is MASSIVE and so much has happened, feels like a whole series in one book 🙈 I'm devouring it!!!

Okay, I was really excited to get my teeth into this one, the first two chapters in my opinion were BORING. But I'm not on page 40 and feeling like I could devour another few chapters but is nearly 1am and I should sleep 🙈 (says the girl who finished Animal Farm at 3/4am the other night 🙈😊😂

I'm gonna DNF. I've been trying to finish it for MONTHS

I was so worried this book was too hyped up, Read a few chapters last night and ive been reading a bit today. Just finished chapter 15 and HAD to put some thoughts down.
The thoughts consist of this:

focing my way to the end of this book. i knowi should DNF but im too far in haha.

Does this book get any better? Or is it just maternal abuse all the way though, it's dreadful and boring, so far, and I'm really struggling to see the point in it 🙈
