Hannah C is on page 157 of 304 of Formerly Shark Girl (Shark Girl, #2)
I think a theme in this book could be that when things don't go as planned, your family and friends will be the ones to support you. An example is when her arm gotten bitten off by a shark, her friends and family were there to cheer her up and help her adapt to her new way of life.

Hannah C is on page 76 of 352 of Educated
I sympathize with my character because she is a girl my age, so I feel like I can connect or feel what she's going through. An example is on page 48 she thought to herself, "I didn't really believe that Tyler went to college." I can relate to her about how hard it is to have have someone you care about leave to go to school or start there own life.

Hannah C is finished with Dear Martin (Dear Martin, #1)
In the book the author uses symbolism. The way the author represents symbolism is by the letters Justice writes to "Martin". The letters he writes symbolize freedom and hope. Justice writes them when he needs to clear his mind and ask for advice. Even though Martin died fighting for equal freedom between races, the actions of writing them and what he writes are symbolism.

I like this author because she includes a lot of inner thinking and shows emotions that the character if feeling. She also has a way of explaining the past of the character, when her parents were getting divorced. An example, is the letters she writes to her mom about the things that have happened after she left and the impact they had on her.

Hannah C is finished with Saving Wonder
The story could be different if it was told by Jules perspective. Why I think that is, I want to have Jules show and express what it's like to have a friend that's lost both of parents and brother. I also, think it could be different because Jules liked a boy and was in a relationship. I want to know what it was like and how it affected her and Curleys friendship.

Hannah C is on page 157 of 336 of With the Might of Angels: The Diary of Dawnie Rae Johnson, Hadley, Virginia, 1954 (Dear America)
Based on what I've read, I feel bad for Dawnie. When it was her first day of school she had police surrounding her as she took her first steps up the entrance. As she was walking there where lines of people saying hurtful and mean comments. For example, someone yelled, "There goes the monkey." pg. 103. This part made her feel like a bigger outcast than she already does.

One lesson that I think Lexi will learn is that good friends are the ones who are there for you, even when you make mistakes. Lexi was trying to be someone she's not and when that backfired Jessica and Danielle were there for her.

Hannah C is on page 144 of 368 of Mr. Terupt Falls Again (Mr. Terupt, #2)
Based on what I've read, I feel bad for Lexi because her parents aren't ever home to take care of her. It causes her to spend her free time with naughty kids that are a bad influence on her and peer pressure her into doing things that she knows have a long term affect. They also changed how she dressed, acted and talks.
