Required reading at work. We’ve been reading chapter by chapter on our own time and discussing at our weekly project management meetings. I love the fact we work thru books together - but didn’t get as much out of this book as the last we read. Many points brought up are inherently how ppl negotiate, naturally.

Almost done with my lil Charlie Donlea tour. This is my last stop. Read almost in backwards order 😆. You can really see how he’s developed his style and prose over the years and how far he’s come. I love him, what a great author. His books are all the same, or similar, but SO GOOD. Last one until his new one comes out this summer. 😌

Re-reading a fav from my teenage years 🥰
