Don’t believe the blurb on the front, this book is no more about Ringworld than Harry is Charles’ son.
It’s just an ending to the Fleet of Wolds books with a cross-over at best with some Ringworld characters.

This is junk. It is so boring. The whole Moonbase saga is crap. We start off with nanotech as the out-there MacGuffin, but it is just that and all it seems to do is drive the boring plot of corporate infighting and myopic conservative authoritarian world government. Yawn.
I've given Bova a go with the Moonbase saga and I am done. Its oddly event less interesting that Kim Stanley Robbinson for many of the same reasons
