So glad to get some Lysandra story. A good job of displaying the tension/battle between her and Aedion. As a reader we wonder why they engage in this when things are so obvious and easily solved if they’d just talk, but then realize as humans we easily fall into “defeatist moods” that serve no real purpose. Guilt, pride, shame lead the way.
