The inclusion of the "I'm fine" dog meme verbatum isn't my favorite, and there is a lot of information being included early on that was initially teased as later reveals. However, I'm still interested in learning what's going on in the weird Italian house.

Pretty interesting read. I got into this book via his interview on YouTube "how crime works", and he seems like a pretty fun guy. I always kind of squint my eyes at the involvement of Baptist faith in this book, and his "experience with Satanism" and seeing a "demon" left me feeling like there was either more to that story or just some heavy indoctrination. Either way, it's a minor involvement, so I can overlook it

Currently feeling veeeery YA, which is disappointing me so far. Maybe the audiobook just isn't doing it for me, but I'm holding out because I think some of the ideas are really interesting. The sword is...not one of those ideas.
