There's a lot of excellent documents in here but man the lack of professional editing present really makes the content difficult to follow.

Idk there’s a lot of talk about perception of the self in and of itself and how that relates to consciousness while simultaneously coming to terms with the existence of the Other in and of itself and their perception of you right now and it’s hurting my head. Oh my god I think Caputo made me somewhat understand Derrida and deconstruction. Since when does that happen??

Derrida's philosophy of deconstruction makes my head go brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Goddamn this book loses me for a while with some of the most batshit braindump essays and then pulls me back in for something that's actually interesting. Not saying it makes sense. Just interesting.

The level of hwatfuckery that is written in this book is something else.

Anytime Palestinian civilians are murdered by the IOF in any way, whether it be an impromptu arrest for a crime they never committed, or an air strike landing in homes, there is zero accountability, and always “there were serious failures in how it was handled”. Every time. This book is short but the amount of “serious failures” being listed as a reason for atrocities is countless.
