Ok, so, I'm enjoying this so far but I have a couple of issues, which might not be issues but they're bothering me. Oh, spoiler alert...






1. Why would she not have told him she was leaving for college that week?!
2. What was with the pregnancy scare which a chapter later was a false alarm? Seemed unnecessary, unless that will come back to haunt us later? 🤔
3. Bat bite? 🤨

I just can't stop rolling my eyes at Cora. Trying to push through but have a long way to go :(

Oh and her failure to see Dane's true colours is 😑

Seriously forcing myself to finish this hype book...is it just me or is Violet just meh and a little annoying? I really don't get why Zaden is so obsessed. Yes, I know it's YA, but seriously, how many times do we need to hear her say how hot Zaden is 😒

Omg, the prologue is causing my heart ache and lump to form in my throat already 😭😭😭

The text messages between Romeo, Ollie and Zach has me howling with laughter! 🤣🤣🤣

Omg "sweet cherry" is seriously annoying, and really making me want to give this one up already!! Please tell me she gets better! She went to them for protection yet being a complete brat about it. Not entirely sure why she needed to run yet but she totally put herself in the situation with whoever Ted is, no one else!! Urgh! 😤

Poor Elli she just can't catch a break 😢 😔

Yes we get Pritra is her best female friend. Not sure I need to be reminded everytime...also literally every time she sees Julian she's like omg he's so gorgeous I've forgotten i was angry or had a spine 😒

What?! I'm so not sure about Julian...I just feel there's something off about him...

Urgh I can't decide if I like Julian or not. He is obviously in love or at least have very strong feelings for Lina but why would he do what he did at his dad's house with Shia or whatshername?! A-hole! Also, Andrew is just weird!

Oh my gosh, I am so ready for this, but also not ready for this series to end. Also, can I just say, the cover model is 🔥🔥🔥. Sometimes, I have to keep myself from looking at the covers because they can be a bit cringe, but this, this I can stare at him all day long....

Chapter 15 - WTF!? 😲

Listening to this on audible and all i can think of is how much i want Jacob Morgan to call me using endearments like 'darling', 'sweetheart' and 'babe'! I just love his voice so much! 💗

I totally retract my previous comment about being the slimbag's wife rather than VP! Yuck! Physically shaking myself off the feeling of the sleezebag #shudder

I think I would have chosen to be his wife. Yes I get that she wants to prove everyone wrong, but she can do that as the first lady...let's see what happens.

On chapter 5 and my heart is broken 💔 😭

Currently on ch11 and I'm not sure I buy into the characters.

Why does Kade call her his angel? Other than the fact she was wearing a white top the night they met I don't understand the reason behind this pet name he has for her.

I'm also finding her slightly annoying! So far she seems to every now and again blame other people for her bad situ. Also, she's a bit vain as it seems she has hots for Kade b/c he's hot

Since the first book in this series, I haven't been able to put it down. I have neglected my family as I just want to spend any time I can spare reading about Manning and Lake. I can't wait to find out how the story progresses and will be sad when it ends.
