I think I’m done here. Posting reading updates feels kinda pointless to me now (you do you, of course). I have switched to tracking my books in a notebook. Sorry, authors that depend on reviews for sales. I did my best.

Quitting social media. It's time. And yes, Goodreads is social media. I'll keep the account so I can get new release info and star reviews, but the rest...holy shit, I'll skip it.

I could ignore the parts that don't appeal to me, I could unfollow and unfriend people to stop getting updates...I could do lots of things, but just stopping altogether is easier. This just isn't a happy place anymore. Oh well.

TFW you have two books started and within a few days two library holds that you've been waiting to get forever finally become available. If you reject either of them it could mean another months-long wait before the next availability.

The only thing that could make this worse is having to start a new jar of almond butter (stirrrr stirrrr stirrrr). Don't rob my last nerve.

This is a much "younger" book than I thought it would be. I'm not sure how I missed this. Oh well, it'll be an easy read.

Some of you are very fast readers. Holy crap.

Slow going, but it's still early.

Gonna have to pick this up again later.
