Judith is reading Black Magic: Religion and the African American Conjuring Tradition
Not sure what page I'm on as I'm reading it via my Kindle app, but I am at 57% of it read. It is quite eye opening on a few fronts.

Black Magic: Religion and the African American Conjuring Tradition

Judith
Judith is on page 60 of 272 of The Farming of Prehistoric Britain
This is an interesting read. While it pre-dates my chosen time period, it does help in establishing a sense of continuity from the earliest days (and evidence) of agricultural development. It helps to put (or pull) everything together in terms of not just agriculture, but also as societal developments.

Our ancestors were amazing people - all the way back to the Neolithic and then forward.

Judith is on page 269 of 412 of Farming in the First Millennium AD: British Agriculture between Julius Caesar and William the Conqueror
The actual "text" of this book ends at page 295. The remaining pages are taken up with appendices, a 38 page bibliography and a 27 page index. :) This book is not going back to the library before I copy down a number of titles (from Appendix 1 (Suggested readings by chapter, and the bibliography)! :)
