The Team Lead chapter was really insightful. I've never worked in an organisation with this specific take on the role, but it's one I definitely agree with. My project management skills aren't brilliant, but its clear I can do what's expected of me - so when I've disliked this part of my role, actually I don't think I'm being fair on it. It's the project management of too many things at once which I've struggled with

I've completed the Management 101 and Mentoring chapters. Mentoring was interesting, and it makes me realise I've not done a huge amount of this in my career. It's something I'd like to be doing better at, but sometimes I fail to remember how I learned things I know now.
