I’m able to have half reasonable conversations with my Dad about his business’ financial decisions - and I haven’t even finished the book yet!

Excited to keep on going.

My favourite category of ‘Financial History’ book is about the birth of new asset classes and the pioneers behind the creation of new markets. So far, Bill’s story is one of nerve, belief, guts, timing, and the right amount of intelligence.

Looking forward to reading about how it progresses.

Going to need to diagram the flows of capital for the last two pages. Mortgage securities are a complicated business - lots to learn 😎
