Mario Lopez is the antiChrist?! I mean, it makes sense, but Mario Lopez is the f'ing antiChrist?

This is written by a BioWare writer, and it shows. So far - good, pulpy, post-Tolkien fun.

So...while I'm enjoying this, it is the most tensionless, ass-pull of the series. Or I'm to thick headed to pick up the clues of the big act two reveal that x-is-y. Which is a valid option.

This is possibly the most interesting book on American history I've ever read. We're all assholes.

So far, it feels like this should be the book for me: imagine someone took the plot blurb for Neil Gaiman's American Gods and designed a game of Wraith: The Oblivion around it. But so far...it's a bit meh. Which is a shame.

So far so good - though my normal reading habits have me saying "Eisenhorn" rather than Glotka.

There is a deeper darkness at play here. No real monsters yet in these weird tales, but each story has a lovely creeping gloom to them.
