I was really loving this one! I am from El Paso and really enjoyed the world. It was very nostalgic. The story took a while to unfold and I ended up not finishing it because of it. I may pick it back up at some point. But as an El Pasoan, I loved the narrative of the world, the places, the terminology. The witchy narrative fell short.

Did not finish this audiobook. The voice acting wasn’t great for me. The forced Spanish took me out of it. It felt convoluted and didn’t continue.
