reading this after watching the Odyssey

read "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream," which was of course a huge reason why I got this book. I'm surprised at how short the story was and I wish there was more. still, very thought-provoking.

so far the writing is really corny. every line is trying too hard to be soo deep. but whatever, I'm just reading it for a book club at the local library.
