I…LOVE this frickin book. You know when you find a book where everything just clicks with you? My type of humor ? Check. Entertainment value ? Check. Unserious but has its moments where it attempts to do so. It’s laugh out loud hilarious!!

I have emerged from my reading slumber. After testing out many other books to break me out of my slump I’ve dusted off this bad boy.

Full immersion reading with the audiobook narrated by Jeff Hays and the hardcover. So far it’s as promised, entertaining, hilarious and freakin fantastic!

Here. We. Go!!!! *cue Skyrim ambiance music*

And now! Cheeky British monarchy satirical history book written by a British comedian that’s been on my TBR for ages….yes…you’ll do quite nicely. 😄

My 1st Sanderson book!!! I’m so stoked for this. It’s giving X-Men meets The Boys (but this pre-dates the latter). Imagine a world where people developed “superpowers” and were given immunity by law from the government to which 1 in particular decides to focus on the dark side of his psyche and use his powers for domination over all others like him as well as ordinary folks.

This Audible performance is ABSOLUTE CINEMA so far in my ears.

I’m so excited for this especially after Haley’s high rating for this. But I plan on going in relatively blind and with zero expectations. -_- there we go…now I’m ready.
