Some quick thoughts:
- love the unique magic system. It’s creative and refreshing
- the amount of times it’s called out that Tana’s parents are pouring another glass of wine is odd
- Ivy is a shit friend. Tana’s dedication is not reciprocated, even at the beginning of the book
- Wolfe and Tana hardly know each other. So their entire relationship feels like surface-level infatuation
