i like this a lot better than any other permaculture book ive read. my garden has gone from lawn to paradise! big takeaways were the bomber sheet mulch recipe and the keyhole garden.

idk I dont love the politics but my old improv coach brad fortier wrote about improv with refugees and hes a really amazing teacher. such an anthropologist though and i know too much anthropology at this point to be able to enjoy it.

i dont always love the writing but the concept is cool and there are always kernels of wisdom that stick with me from each story
