Going after what you want is a little like eating an elephant. You can't eat it in one bite, and achieving your lifelong goals cannot be achieved instantly either. However, you can do it one bite, or one step, at a time. The important thing is the realisation that while few can stay motivated for as long as it takes to win, most can stay motivated for 30, 60, or 90 days.
