These multiple POVs changing in quick succession is killing my interest but I'm going to finish this before the end of the year, I swear.

Need this to get interesting real quick because I'm so close to DNF-ing. Can't believe I gave book one 4 stars and then with this I've been stuck on the same chapter for forever because I just do not care about all these secondary or new characters, ugh.

No disrespect at all to Fiona Shaw, but I kinda miss Lesley Manville's voice 😕

Clearing out my bedside table and found an old mp3 player and the audio book of this was loaded on it. Been meaning to read it for years and the tv show is out soon so this was my sign, I guess.

I swear I've already read this but it hasn't been shelved as such here so I'm claiming this as a 2021 read.

It's been a couple of years since I read the first book but I saw this was available as an audio book on my library app and I've read a recap so let's go, I guess.

Probably not a great idea to read 3 similar books in a row, but these are quick and easy and fanfic has truly rotted my brain so this is all I can handle right now 😫

I can't remember the last time I read this, and I think it might be exactly what I need to get away from my anxiety right now!

Seriously considering dropping this. It's just slow and boring so far, I want something to happen.

Also, this edition is the one I have, but it's over 500 pages long, not 320!!

I'm still only halfway through the first season of the show because it's an effort to watch through the doom and gloom, so let's see how I get on with this.

I know this is about the Fowl twins, and they were cute I guess, but let's be real, I'm basically reading this for any potential glimpses of Artemis or Holly. Because I'm like that. I won't hold my breath, though!

I have a great need to read The Secret Commonwealth, but my sense of order won't let me skip this, so here goes, after letting it get dusty (haha) for two years...
