I am loving this book! Great narrator, great characters. Very Upstairs Downstairs, but with murder.

I feel like I need to physically read his books, not listen. The narrator has this voice that almost drones and I’ll find that I’ve missed hearing words for minutes at a time. The story is interesting, even though I’m sure I’ve missed some key points.

What a great roadtrip listen!! I can’t wait to find out what’s really going on.

I have to admit, I started getting a little bored, feeling like I’m slogging through it. I’m hoping I’m on the cusp of an exciting ending.

I must say I’m enjoying this, despite the silliness of it. Swampshire? Worst town name EVER!! 🙄

I could see how some would find this book dry - the history of languages - but I’m finding it fascinating!

Can barely tolerate the reader of this, but enjoying the story very much! It’s so fun!

Took a break to read The Name of the Wind on Libby, since I own this one. I’ll get back to it soon. Really enjoying it! I’m not sure what’s coming, but I like the soon to be President Snow right now. He’s just a kid that doesn’t know any better. I’m going to be sad to witness him turn into what he becomes.

Thank goodness for airplane mode!! 🤭 otherwise I’d be waiting another 6 months to finish the 22% I have left. I should really just buy this one, I enjoy it so much.

I’m thoroughly enjoying this book. I don’t know why there’s so many haters out there? Just be entertained, people!! 😆
