Kelly is 50% done with Leviathan Wakes (The Expanse, #1)

Listening to it in a 2 part audiobook. Finished the first part. I am surprisingly really enjoying it. I don’t read a lot of sci-fi so it was hard for me to get into at first but the “action” picked up. I love what would then be old school Navy and Marine elements. I’m not currently in the mood for sci-fi though and will finish the second part another time.

Going to shelf this one. I’ll pick it up here and there but I feel like I picked this up 12 years too late. I can appreciated it for what it is, and it’s message, but not relatable enough for me. I would definitely recommend this to my daughter when she’s older.
