Kory bought this book and we are reading it together. So far so good I don’t read many thrillers so who knows!

Honestly, I needed this type of adventure. Don Quixote was pissing me off not taking things seriously like get a grip on life man. 😭😭

I had to take a pause on Lincoln since the pages fell apart on me and my Libby loan has expired. I wanted to make it a goal to only read large books this year but I couldn’t do it. Maybe next month. Maybe next year. But I’ll do it eventually.

So far I’ve been loving books that revolve around a particular event or item. Having read his previous book made me love the mystery of each character. I am loving it :)

😭😭 I have longed for a book similar to gone with the wind and lonesome dove

I was born and raised in Southern California, and I’ve seen a lot of its history through film, notable novels, and visiting museums growing up. I don’t have any real knowledge about Florida and its upbringing, so I think it’s time I dig deeper into the place I moved to a few years ago.

I’ve grown to love Florida in every season. And I want to expand this love further through my reading :,)
