Searching: I've read one of those current historical novel set in a theatre with a young woman - who had a birthmark and was called Tess and friends with a stage hand? There were murders and superstition. But it wasn't any of the Minituarist books <spoiler>and the theatre burned down</spoiler>. I'm getting really confused about books I've read either being discribed unrecognisably or renamed or not imprinting on me.

Did any of you also get a congratulatory letter from Goodreads, saying you're in the top 1% of reviewers? I can't quite figure out why I supposedly keep rating so highly. But then I can't even figure out if you can reply to this! If so, please do.

_inbetween_ is reading Judgement Day (The Science of Discworld, #4)
*worried because a) keep forgetting the title and b) reviewers disappointed for first time gel with my reaction to Pterry's last three books*

Hello, I've not been here for nearly a year, I've missed all notifications of likes and comments and APOLOGISE for seemingly ignoring those and friend requests! I'm sure people already forgot about them and/or me? Everything looks different on this site, I'm not sure when I'll find my way around again, SORRY again and, erm, feel free to message me (however that is done :)).

Cervantes "Quijote" - 2nd line of intro neatly humble, then explains this is intentional badfic. Chapter 1 tells all we know, what in rest?

Can't compare compatability with possible friends - haven't read any of the "most" books"! Jules Verne "Tribulations d'un Chinois en Chine"
