i love this book so far. wish the first hit after the slump had more of a storyline. the plot where eddie apologies to the team was eh, wish there was more detail. loving the slow burn sm. ardolino is kinda funny. mark and eddie are both very respectful, making me hooked on the relationship even more.

liking the book so far. mark is gay, eddie is questioning but def gay. eddie def likes mark. eddie misses his kansas city team, shit talked a lot about his new team. third person POV but each chapter changes the character’s POV which thank fuck.

chapter 9: they finally kissed. it was really confusing trying to understand the setting before Eugenio kisses Zach. the entire spicy part was good (still a few parts hard to grasp). really liked the end part of Zach not wanting to try a relationship w Eugenio. love a good cliffhanger before the next chapter.

just added this book into my currently reading and 24% done atm. im really liking the slow burn of the book so far. there were moments where i thought Zach and Eugenio were gonna kiss at the end of each chapter lol.

not really a fan of some chapters shifting from past to present, but at least its separated by chapters and is stated at the beginning of each chapter.

literally sobbing when i read around this part, as i stupidly realize that rufus and mateo are in this with their own stories and i didn’t realize rufus was in it way early in the book 💀. but the way both of their stories are written had me sobbing, especially mateo’s with his personal life and his relationship with his father omg. 😭

THEY KISSED OMG. i’m so happy, i’ve been waiting for this moment. the last page i read into joaquin predicting the glitch to cap off at 12 unexpected deaths is so unpredicting. will it be orion, ronaldo, frankie? literally anyone.

enjoying it so far. i’m so excited to see what orion and valentino will do from this point. i’m certain scarlett won’t receive a call, or maybe she will as maybe twins will both receive the call.

i kind of don’t like dalma’s perspective with orion and his condition at the moment, but she ultimately agrees to orion’s plan by having the two alone. but i hope to see more of her.

i thought orion would get the call, but valentino did. valentino was so mean with that voting orion comment 😭. i actually think the role of joaquin is actually a good thing. idk yet.

amazing book so far. i love the development of orion and valentino. finding out that dalma is in this plot as a programmer who wants to create an app (which she created last friends in they both die at the end) is insane.

omg. i love it. rufus is bi lol. the structure of this book is amazing. the connection between rufus and mateo has been developing strongly which you would never expect from the two characters. rufus is quite a character.
