This book is very good, but very hard to take. I want to finish it because I have a desire to know and understand. But oh my...this afternoon I am in tears and feeling so much pain for these people and what they have suffered and continue to suffer.

I just finished The Handmaid's Tale and gave it 4 stars.

I just finished Wishful Drinking and gave it 4 stars. Very intense and very funny. I was literally laughing out loud. Will be reading more from Carrie Fisher for sure!

She's got me hooked once again. Geraldine Brooks is a fantastic story teller with great depth of character that just grabs you into the story!
