I don’t know if 1. the book had a slow start and is getting better 2. I’m getting used to the writing style and that is making it more enjoyable or 3. I’m still not really enjoying the book itself, but have convinced myself something interesting is just around the corner to make it worth it. TBD

Slow start but halfway in and it’s picking up

This is rough. I don’t know what about this sequel is giving me so much trouble compared to the first book, but I’m having a hard time finding anything about it interesting. Here’s to hoping it picks up in the second half.
