okay what is going

yes it is disturbing and probably that is the main point but so far i keep thinking about how much more interesting this would be with a focus on how much life changes without other animals, without the meat consumption aspect but yea wrong book for those ideas

even when "nothing happens" robin hobb is so good at telling us something through that but so far i still prefer ship of magic and all of this is making me think more about the liveship traders and how incredible that trilogy was

he rly is just a baby omfg

so... idk why this came to me as a surprise when it's literally the title .. huh

HERE WE GOOOOO i am so excited to read this series after i was done with the liveship traders

like how lyra is just a little girl in the most perfect way possible, she just acts on her impluses like a little girl would but she is smart and caring, sad to say but writing a child like that seems to be very hard for most authors
