Ah yes, this is the Murakami book I began but didn’t continue. And now I remember why! The main character, Kafka Tamura, is just unbearable! Why oh why do I have to hear descriptions of this 15 year old boy masturbating, and details of how he washes his genitals when he showers? Why is he lifting the exact same weight for the exact same reps in the gym every session (has he not heard of progressive overload smh)

5 mins in and a library has already been mentioned… can’t wait for the 2D female characters next!!!
