He carried her even thought it hurt him!!!
Held her hand all night.
Stroked her hair.
Fussed over her.

I really thought I hated him!!!

The multiple POV’s threw me, but I’m getting into the swing of it. A lot of world building & new characters in this book!

I need Chaol protected at all costs. The dagger to her dress. Caretaking into the night. Holding her hand under the table. The waltz. The chocolate cake.
